Please I need help

Excuse me for the disturbing, here's the situation :

I wanted to buy a zorua because I love zoroark and his ability (as long as I've used it in ultra moon) and I find a player Killerbee004

That was selling zorua and a a good one for the story a modest one I guess (sorry I didn't screen shot) so I wanted to buy it immediately. Unfortunately, I've asked in the help chat if the ability of zoroark was coded and i was sad that it wasn't coded. So I refused the trade and proposed him to pay his travel back to kanto (from the fact that I was still doing the hoenn region) he refused, telling me that I've make him losing his time. So I didn't knew what to do.

I hope you could understand that I couldn't use one of my favorite Pokémon if I couldn't use his full power.

 

I'm glad if you help about this, I love this game and I didn't knew it existed since soon, and it was always like a dream to me. I don't wanna be ban for that.
