My lagging tail just got off somehow of my Klefki.

I just battled Tigerous and won and I then encountered a poke and logged off to go back to the Pokecenter and then when I got to Battle Morty I saw my Klefki was not holding the lagging tail. I also checked my bag for the lagging tail but didn't got it.

This is the second time it's happening to me but when it first happened to me I didn't know where to post it so this time I want to get it fixed cuz it's hard to find sellers always for a lagging tail.
