I had a problem to evolve to my riolu, I had the happiness to the fullest and I was at level 99, I understand that for it to evolve it must be with maximum happiness and it will evolve in the half day plus a level, but when not getting it I got stuck in level 100, I need help to be able to return it to level 98, thank you very much.

I've successfully deleveled your Riolu.

Make sure to decrease the happiness of your Riolu a bit, restart your client, and level him up during the daytime with max happiness, and that should do the trick.
