Iv reroll bug?

Hi there, i had a bug with iv reroll ticket, so, how it was, i used iv reroll ticket on my Azelf, then, i saw my iv's i rolled, I had no choice to confirming it or anything, the chat just ended just like this, and iv's didn't change, can i get the iv's i had? i have screen of it, and a previous azelf.

So Nezuko asked me to write everything i did before i used iv reroll, that was quite simple, i made few pvp's, i think i relogged, but i am not sure of, i bought 2 reroll tickets, and went to the ma'am of rerolls, I used it, i saw the iv's i rolled to and i had literally no option to do anything, the conversation has ended instantly and i had no iv's changed.
