The “There is a problem parsing the package.” error can be caused mainly due to three things:

1- The downloaded .apk file is corrupted.

2- The option “Allow installation of apps from Unknown Sources” in your device is turned off. Make sure said option is on.

3- The app is not compatible with the Hardware or the Version of OS you are using.

105904 I guess it’s the 3rd one then. As i said, I tried all the mirror downloads in the site. I did the second a long time ago. :/

Might as well. However, if the 92 version works for you and you can log in with that, I don't see why you shouldn't keep using that one for the time being until a newer version is released.

105908 uhm, I coulsn’t use it because it stops me from logging in. I thought I need the newest version to play? That is what it told me when i tried to log in.

Indeed, but since you said in your original message "I then downloaded the version 92 and it worked." I thought you were able to actually log in.

I assume you have already checked that the "allow apps from unknown sources" is enabled, correct?

Also, you should check [this link] to see if your device satisfy the system requirements.

105918I pass all the system requirements except for the OS. My OS is 4.1.2. That is the newest available for my samsung.

That is the problem. Android version 4.1.2 is Jelly Bean, and Jelly Bean is no longer supported. I will lock this topic since the problem has been identified and there is no other solution than upgrading your android version.
