What have you done before the problem was there?

I tried to get on as normal, and it says connecting and then freezes for a minute, just for it to come unfroze and say can not connect to server.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I've ran in admin, restarted my client. I can't get it to connect me. Sometimes it'll say logging in and then never log me in.

1- Make sure you have the last version of the client.

 

2- Restart your computer and try again.

 

3- Check [this link] to see the Server Status. You will only be able to log in when the status is online.

Why I can´t connect? the server is online and I was battling lance when it kick me out of the server and then I can't connect.

Sometimes the server is full and you will enter queue. However, is there are too many people on queue, you might just get a message as if the server was offline. All you can do is be patient, restart the client and try again.

I've got a question about waiting in queue. How do you know that you're in it? I have the PRO client up and the server is full, I went to login and below the credentials it said "Connecting to server.. Connection Established.. Logging in.." and then nothing else showed. Does that mean i'm in queue or is there some other way to tell? I've had the client like that for about 45minutes and still nothing has happened.

You will get a small window showing you your position in the queue. If that doesn't happen, and the server is online (not online-timeout) then restart the client and try again.
