I follow the video doing the quest.

 

After talking to Professer Rowan , I go to Canalave City.

But i don't see the Grunt besides to the Sailor.

Then the quest is stuck.

Talking to the sailor can't do nothing.

How can I do?

Well I think it's a Bug. I already talked to a moderator, he said it's a Bug and soon it will be fixed...

Also just want to tell you that after this msg I just randomly visited the top north house. There u can battle darkrai. I battles it and it disappeared after the battle.

The bug should be fixed and you should be able to see the grunts around the sailor now.
