i have completed all the requirements but the old man does not want to give the old sea map.. i tried to talk to him and prof oak many times but still i cant obtain the map..

>350hrs playing

>71evolved

>146 kanto pokemons, 4 kanto legendaries seen

>240 caught pokemons

 

is there any other requirement?
