i can't get cresselia....

Last month I killed the gengar at the mt.cornet then now , I cant finish the quest because sailor Darlow's wife is cured.... please help me

same as mine I can't start the cresselia quest... i think its because I already defeated the gengar in mt. coronet the past month when it was added in the game, i have talked to professor rowan in eterna, and went to canalave to talk to the sailor darlow, he didn't talk about the problem with her daughter and when i entered the house, the daughter is already cured. and so with that I can't get the cresselia. please help us, please.
