Hello,

 

I was under the impression that if the server crashed during a boss fight, the cooldown would not start. At around 4:45 pm EST, the server crashed in the middle of my battle with Shaui of the Shary and Shaui boss. When I eventually got back online, I was told that the cooldown began and I had to wait 12 days. So was I wrong that server crashed during boss fights do not start the cooldown or is there a bug? Thanks!
