Description and Message

I was playing PRO when my game froze entirely and stopped responding during a battle. Not it says i can't connect to the server and i checked the website, it said there's a timeout? Is this the server in general or is it because i was battling when my game crashed?

also, my name in game is savvytheneko, but above it wouldn't let me type the full name.
