I have tried relogging and restarted my mobile but my player is not moving.my silver account player is not moving but my gold accounts works fine.i am playing on another mobile.so please kindly try to solve this problem

Hello @Karthikeyan0987,

 

Did you have that Problem from the start or did that just happen recently? Please try to use a Escape Rope or get into a battle with a friend (/battle name) and relog during that battle. I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know if that solved the Problem.
