I don't think i need to tell that my internet was perfectly fine and running smoothly at the time. I was naive enough to think such bugs would have been dealt with for good after months/years of mess but it seems i was wrong. My short PvP comeback/season is now over, it's not like i personally care that much anymore but if you care about your fellow players fix this as soon as possible.
