I battled shary earlier and won,

I do a relog to refresh my connection, but then I talk to shaui and the battle not triggered.

I talked to shary again and it shows a cooldown and consecutive win(counted as a lose)

Pls fix this and can I get the cooldown refreshed?

We have tested several times, but we couldn't re-create the same situation. (We could battle shaui after defeating shary and relog)

Can you provide us more information about the issue, screenshots or video records would be helpful.

Sadly I don't have any video or picture for that. For additional information, I did go out the house after I won shary and log off and can't battle shaui.

That explains your situation.

You shouldn't leave the place for all double bosses like shary&shaui, or it will considered as a loss.

I believe that a dialogue shows up to not leave the place when you are near the exit door.
