Hello it's been a long time since i played. back when the servers were Red Blue and Yellow. My account logs into the gold but not the silver. also a side question was all my progress from blue server reset???

Nothing has been reset, but you have to merge your old account through the Dashboard.

As mentioned above, old red and blue server merged into silver and yellow server changed its name to gold.

In order to recover your previous account info from blue, you have to merge at the dashboard.

 

Try logging into the game after merging and see if your problems are solved. (Note : After merge your main server will be silver)
