So i finished a second account of mine (beaten Red at Mt. Silver) and noticed, that the levels in rebattles with npc are still different than from my main. on my main the levels of the npcs are significantly higher than on my second account. so i figured that there is something in the game once solved that will boost the levels on npcs you battle? i dont think they increase everytime you battle them, since every npc on my main reaches its peak level right the first time i rebattle them. anyone got infos about that? i always thought its related to defeating johto elite 4 / Red on mt silver :P
