Can you do dlevel my pokemon its 90 level elekid when it want 89 and become 90 i done logout

and i need electabuzz for pinkan island quest i want a 90lvl happ electabuzz for it

I'm glad to bring you good news. The requirement to unlock the Pinkan Island hunting area is a level 90 or above Electabuzz and Scyther, both with max happiness, which is 255 points, and does not require the pokemon to be your OT.

Keep in mind that Elekid evolves via trade while holding an electirizer, and trades reset a pokemon's happiness, so you will have to raise his happiness once again.

You should still be able to donate the electabuzz even after you've leveled him up past level 90.
