opponent not dc loosing pvp in bug

there was stuck pvp and opponent pokemon was dragonite band stuck on extreme speed and chansey 60% hp with spec tricked /my manaphy as u see in photo is bulky and my noivern got eviolite item almost full hp i clicked on put manaphy and pvp stuck after 1 hour game dc i talked with mod and he tryed help but after 1hour or more i got dc because my net failed and suck how thereppl not respect rules and some mods so lazy to do job faster so i wish at least my opponent get a punish
