Lost purchased items send through mailbox

Hi! I had purchased some mounts in my account and i have sent them over via pokecenter mailbox to another account, the other account has never received the email and all my mounts are now gone.

 

How can I get back my purchased mounts back or my real money back?

 

Please help!
