Lost EV stat after evolving

Hi. I was EV training an Eevee for Sp Atk and decided to evolve it to Espeon.

After evolving, lost several points on that same EV stat.

 

Last time I checked I had like 220 EV points on Sp Atk on Eevee, now on Espeon it only has around 160.

 

Mentioned it on support channel on Discord and was advised to post it here.

Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of the previous Eevee values, but I hope this helps to find any bug it might have.

Can you please tell me more about this bug? Things like the stats, nature, OT, moveset, in what time and location did you evolve your Espeon. Also, was there a server crash with a rollback at the time, or did you happen to disconnect at all?
