Since i merged i can't move my pokemon in party i tried to release all of them (but not the first one) and nothing happened. And for the Pc too i cant put them in PC and i cant put pokemon from pc into my party. Now i only have my totodile in my party :/

Hello @Kuramam,

 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but it is supposed to be that way. You can't use Pokes of a previous Region till you beat the 8th Gym in that region. So you can't use Kanto Pokes in Johto Region till you beat the last gym there. I hope that helped :-)
