Ironman accounts

Be able to make an account that can NOT trade with other players. This way more Legendaries could be implemented for them, Breeding could be added for Ironmen/Ironwomen. Could add harder bosses, could get creative with it all.

Runescape did this and a lot of players like the challenge and ability to grind with no outside help or marketplace to easily get things.

 

I understand if this is denied specifically to not have to implement breeding, but I'd gladly make an Ironman account just to play through all of the regions with a Yvetal in tow and a specially bred Ponyta and Pachirisu following close behind

 

Plus it could add another way for people who want the breeding mechanic to use it without breaking the marketplace.

And honestly I was curious why bred Pokemon didn't just have a coded mark on them to make them untradable like legendaries.

Breeding is easy mode...

Not sure why ironmen would need harder bosses than regular players also.

 

Think the idea of having untradable accounts is a good idea, adds new depth. Agaist anything that makes them special apart from that, as it undermines the rest of the game.

 

Runescape isn't a good example of a comparable mmo btw. The drops in Runescape are all the same stats, meaning at some point you 'max'. In pro the drops (Pokemon) are all different stats and therefore the RNG is a completetly different type and the economy is therefore very different.

 

Getting 1 perfect pokemon is a 1/57million Event, 5x31+correct sync. therefore 'maxing' (getting all perfect pokemon) is an improbability. Shortcuts like Breeding for limited accouts will ruin the game.
