Change name questions

I've seen that change name costs 500 coins but in the past it cost much less. will there be periods where it will cost less in the future? and if someone has been banned previously can he still request the change name?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We changed that so that name changes are available all the time. And the "high" price is so that people don't abuse it and constantly change their names. I hope you understand :-)
