What have you done before the problem was there?

Before this problem happened I just beat surge the gym leader and the servers went offline and when I managed to get online I had lost all the stuff I done in that time of fighting the gym leader and after so I no longer have the gym badge and need to redo it all

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Haven't done anything except fight the gym leaader again

If you can help I was playing Earlier and the server kicked me offline after my gym battle I couldn't get on when I got on it seemed to be that it took the gym badge I just won off of me is there anything that you can do? :thanks:

what happened is called a rollback it happens when the server crashes and it hasn't saved. so it reverts back to the last save
