My account lately face the problem of swamping lv1 ratata instead of normal pokemon.

 

sometimes it happens on normal gameplay, and will 100% happen while bug catching contest.

Can you tell me more about this bug, such as what pokemon did you have when experiencing this bug(Movesets, items, stats, etc), time of day, exact location, and if it only applies to wild pokemon or not. If you're able to record this happening, please do.
