Login freezing

Hey so I cannot login. This started with the update after the Easter event ended. I've downloaded new client, deleted old client, and just to be safe I move the new client to its own personal folder and then renamed that folder to proclient. No problem with installation at all. Now we got that out of the way.

So when I open the client I get the regular login screen with one of the new catchable legendaries icon at the top. So I hit silver button, it says logging in and then it basically logs in. My problem comes into effect here when the screen then says loading map and the pokeball is spinning underneath that. That pokeball will spin anywhere from 3-10 seconds, and then freezes Everytime. As mentioned above I've already downloaded a new client, and even deleted and redownload it and installed it. I think the problem is my character spawn location which was breezy town before the most recent update. Please help. This is on Android.
