I am looking to get back into the PRO community by the use of an iPad. I went to the download page to download the client, but it says Safari is unable to perform the download. So my question...is PRO available for play on an iPad? If so, how do I download it? Thanks...former tester, player, staffer, future player again.

I never hear PRO play in IPad. Mac is ok, but Ipad....

I read about play availability on tablets, so I was guessing it would be available on an iPad.

Pro is playable on MAC, but will not be playable on iOS.

Generally the reason behind it is most Apple devices don't allow untrusted sources to be downloaded etc, while Android does; it's pretty crippling for a good amount of indie devs, but that's Apple for you.

there might be a way for you to download pro onto an iPad so long as your device is jailbroken. this still isnt a sure fire yes-or-no answer though because PRO was not scripted with apple devices in mind. think of it kind of like porting over a video game from console to pc or vice versa, they usually dont work according to plan and are not as good as the original, and some content is lost in porting usually. and with this being an MMORPG type game, loss of content is a massive issue. if you truly want to try it out though, jailbreaking your ipad and installing windows or android software for tablets onto it is probably the only way of going about it.
