Are there any chances that we can lose our masterball without using it??

I lost 3 of my masterball without using or selling it

Yes i started heatran quest

When you start Heatran Quest your Rare Candys and Masterballs are taken till teh end of the quest:

Owww so if i lose the quest i can not take my masterball back until i finish it??

I am afraid this is the case. But it's not so hard to do. You can just catch a lvl 50ish Gyarados, get it to lvl 60 and do it without even EV Training it. Moxie Ability helps, but its not needed. Just catch some backup Pokes inside the Cave (so you can Revive Gyarados) and beat all the trainers. Then you should also be good to go to beat the lvl 99 Heatran :)
