Hello... I was trying To get heatran but the backpack wasn’t working, so i accidentally ran out, and he was no more there.... it took me really a lot of time and energies. Is there anything i can do?

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience as well as the delay.

 

Is this still an issue for you, or has it been solved? If it hasn't been solved yet, can you please tell me at what point you exited the quest area, and if you have battled Commander Mars at Heatran's room?
