Oi! Estou com problemas para receber e-mail do Exchange com senha, o e-mail não chega

First, I want to note that it could take up to 30 minutes to 1 hour in order to receive a mail.

 

Can you try the following procedure and see if you receive an email.

1. Check the junk mail page and check if the sent mail is inside.

2. Use Chrome or Firefox when opening the dashboard and send the mail.

I did all the procedures, and it's been 1 hour and it didn't arrive!

 

Can you try searching for an email with a title "pro team" in the searchbar?
