What have you done before the problem was there?

I was trade a pokemon for 6 member ship i got lag and was release 1 pkm hold 1 ms i got a picture here.

Hi, i'm sorry for your pokemons and MS but we can't give back anything it's the rules. When the server crashes there is a small rallback to prevent those problems.

 

If it's not server problems then you can't be refunded.

Like Herbal said they can not return it. sorry for the loss but just keep grinding
