i have all lvl 100 pkmns in my team with a lvl 100 pikachu but i still can't fight them plz help

Completion of the e4 and bringing a Pikachu are the only requirements I'm aware of

Can you screenshot what they say when you talk to them?

 

Some fixes if talking isn't giving any interaction,

1st restart client,

2nd make sure you've clicked the resync button (bottom left next to the hotbar, circular arrow)

As Allsmell already said do you have to be Kanto Champion for Jessie and James Boss and have a Pikachu in your Team. Any Level works for it and it doesn't have to be OT. You can check Boss Requirements in our ProWiki or in the #bot-commands Channel of our Pro Discord by using the Command ^boss bossname
