Weird Can't Tap Anywhere Randomly Bug..

Featured Replies

Hi Guys! First time to be posting a thread here in the forums. Anyways, I have this weird bug in which in some random time, I can't tap anywhere on my screen. (I'm on Android, Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime) Its not because I have big hands, sweaty hands, or connection issues, but after experiencing this bug many times, the game randomly decides to not let me tap anywhere. LITERALLY ANYWHERE. It really annoys me when I am fighting a trainer then randomly I can't tap a move or when I am selling a pokemon in chat, someone asks me then I can't chat them OR when I finally found a t8 rarity poke then I can't do anything . Some ways that I tried to fix this issue are by restarting the client (Doesn't work) and reinstalling the client (Some cases fixes the issue but some cases it wont.) The only real way of me able to fix this issue is to wait for literally HOURS then the game will be alright again but there will be still a random chance for the bug to occur at a random time. So my question is: is there any way I can do to FULLY remove this bug.

P.S Stay safe everyone and God Bless :)

Edit: Just noticed I posted this on the wrong place.. Should I repost this to the Bug Resolution Center? :3
