Eon duo/latios and latias proper guide

Low can u guys make a proper guide for this duo cause in my research it shows different kind of quest and it says I only need 300 Evo I started the quest and it says I need to find the red flying Pokémon that roams knato(latias) and I found it and killed it I know it's not catch able since it's in the mauvile power plant and it's in mega evolve and 2nd one is latios which I can't find it I roam the whole hoennn 3x to make sure I didn't miss a thing but can't find it so I would like to sudgeat that u guys make a proper guide for it or if u have except for the one that only shows get 340 Evo and fo to starter house in hoenn and pick one of the two then LA Lin me the proper video

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a proper Guide for Latias/Latios Quest on our ProWiki. And you can find the Locations for both, Latias and Latios, in the Jirachi Quest that is linked in there:

And the Evolution Requirements for Latios and Latias is 300 now. It got lowered some time ago.
