I am super sorry for the late reply and the inconvenience caused. I forwarded your Problem and we are checking right now if there is any way we can check how those Coins were lost. You don't happen to have any Sceenshot from the Error Message? I will let you know as soon as I heard anything back. Please be a little more patient with us until then. :-)
