I just spend 110 steel coins for an electrizer, but I receive an error. I check my inventory and i don't see it there!!! all that hard work gone!!! someone PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

I am super sorry for the late reply and the inconvenience caused. I forwarded your Problem and we are checking right now if there is any way we can check how those Coins were lost. You don't happen to have any Sceenshot from the Error Message? I will let you know as soon as I heard anything back. Please be a little more patient with us until then. :-)

Unfortunately I didn't screenshot the error but it when I was exchanging my steel coins for an item and that's when I received an error, so I lost 110 coins and didn't received the item. I will not go back to the steel valley again until this issue is fix.
