Character frozen after repeated crashes

Hello, right before the rollback i leveled up my pokemon and it asked to learn a move. Before I could react the rollback happened. Once again,I leveled my pokemon up and it asked to learn the same move, I tried to teach and it won't neither learn nor skip learning, my action won't register and I have to relog to move my character. Moreover, I leveled up another pokemon and when the second pokemon asked to learn the move, the same thing happened: I can't learn/not learn or close that window to move my character, all I can do is relogging. Now it's not a big deal as I'm just evolving pokemon for dex but when I level the pokemon I'll be using it won't learn the moves I want and even if I go to move relearner it just won't learn the move, freeze my character and will take my money anyway. I'd appreciate the help, thanks in advance.
