110221 At the time it was against the rules to give your pokemon away so i'm thinking they can give them back to the original owner =]

 

I put a lot of grind into the game when it were first released.

 

it never has been against the rules to give your pokes away, and if that would have been the case you would have violated rules which would make it even less likely to get a refund . As already stated it was your own decision to give your pokemon away, and therefor you carried the risk that you wont get them back. So there is nothing we can do to help you, sorry.
