hi my tornadus got deleted and i tried fighting nikola to get it back but hes not fighting me pls help

Sorry for the inconvenience and the late reply. But Tornadus can just be respawned by talking to Jirachi again. It will have the same nature, ability and IVs each time though. :-) I hope that helped.

Hi sorry 1 more thing. So when I went o catch it again I took a naive stnc and it synced but now when I saw it in pc it was changed to timid. So I wasted my ms ball can I get it back?

I told you that it will have exactly the same nature, ability and IVs it had when you encountered it for the first time. That is so people don't abuse it to get free rerolls.
