As my darkrai is now halloween form, can i transform it to default form now, or i need to wait till next halloween event?

Unfortunately, darkrai halloween form was only obtainable during the halloween event.

We can't 100% guarantee you that it will be available during the next halloween event, but if it will be avaliable again during the halloween season there will be an announcement on both forums and discord.

So, I recommend to stay tuned.

The form changing NPC was also located at the halloween event place.

So, unfortunately, you would have to wait until the halloween event starts.
