So it's not letting me transfer from silver to gold even though I dont think I ever transferred before which should be free to me but if I have then it would have been like more than a month so why do I have to pay to transfer can someone help me

Your last Server Transfer has been on the 28th of May at 17:17 GMT +0. So you should be able to transfer for free again on the 28th or June. I hope that helped :-)
