I wasn't sure where to post this, but I failed to beat Professor Pluton (with Saturn and Mars) to save Birch and unlock Sinnoh region. Now they have all disappeared and I cannot re-challenge them. Is there another way for me to unlock Sinnoh, or am I stuck forever?

If the NPC disappeared, it would be most likely that the quest is finished.

Try proceeding further story and let me know if any problems occur.

This would help you guide throughout the Sinnoh.
