BUG CHATBOX

Last last day when I was playing everything is still okay. I can chat in Trade, All, Help, Whisper and etc that can insert messages.... But when I opened today I noticed that something popped up in my screen, texts that i have never been seen before, it tot it's a message from Ruins of ALPS, so i didn't read it cuz I still haven't gotten of my translator. then when I send chat to any of the above chat boxes , It does not show up, there was a green slimy thing that shows up whenever I enter a message which was new, therefore I knew that it was a BUG. So please kindly fix the chat box so that I can ask questions again and be enlightened, so that I could proceed to my quests again, cuz I'm really stuck..
