What have you done before the problem was there?

Tried to get to Giovanni, got the key card, then couldn't use the elevator anymore. I want to play but I can't do anything.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Restarted game, relogged, left building.

 

Description and Message

So, in the Team Rocket Hideout, the elevator doesn't work anymore after getting the Key Card when you defeat Supervisor Jason. I went down to floor B4F and it won't work.

 

 

 

Update: It fixed when I was going to it, not sure if it's still a problem for others.

The Team Rocket Elevator is a bit wonky when it comes to going inside. Try going up to it and hold the up button until you succesfully enter it. Have done it multiple times and it usually work.
