Hell there I wanted to ask that can boss battles be over without battling because today when I interacted with boss lorlei to battle on hard mode she said "That's unfortunate" right after the second battle started without even battling could you please look in the problem as she says i can battle her after 12 days now

I've been told that this is a known bug that occurs randomly.

Unfortunately, I've also been told that this it's not detectable whether the player got the cooldown due to the bug or due to another issue.

So, I think it would be hard for us to refund you in anyway, as it would be unfair for all other players who experienced the same issue.
