What have you done before the problem was there?

I have been able to play the game fluently without crashes before but now I keep experiencing crashes in places with lots of people or in the PC and sometimes battles.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have read the forum about Crashing to try and fix it but it still crashes and I don't know why, please help.

(Should I post a screenshot or the notepad containing the info about the crash on the Forum to help even more?)
