Bind is supposed to last 4-5 turns. at the moment it seems to last 2 or 3.

 

Furthermore it's supposed to do 1/8 of the opponent's max hp in damage each turn. It seems like it deals close to no damage.

Maybe it's 1/16? Anyway, it's definitely too low.

 

The accuracy is supposed to be 85%. I'm not sure if it is already but seeing as the move has been changed through generations, you could check if it is correct or if it's 75% or something as it was in some previous verisons.
