What have you done before the problem was there?

I had talk to the lady on the second floor and she let me in to vs jackson a begun to fight him, i lost and then try to fight him again but the lady on the second floor would not let me in and said "sorry, young boy there does not want to give his spot, i'm truly sorry... you should go on you road a a pokemon trainer " but i can't do anything because i have to beat jackson to continue to the next area.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i can't there is nothing i can do to fix it.

Description and Message

It's as is said, speak to the receiptionist, then go to speak to his mum, in the house to the right of yours in pallet, then go back and speak to him

Hi, as said the other players you have to go speaking to his mom if you lose the fight. If you win, you won't have to talk to his mom to continue.

You can't be stucked with this part ^^

Enjoy the game ! :)
