hello guys , i cancelled a trade after agreeing to buy what the owner was selling. i agreed to pay him for his trouble even the full amount but then he started to threaten me and even swore the "f" word in my pm. he now is threatning to report me and try to close my account. did i do anything illleagal.

Sounds like you are if you backed out for no apparent reason but then again I don't know the whole story.
