What have you done before the problem was there?

I was able to login fine before but now whenever I try to my login screen freezes for about 10 seconds and then says cannot connect to server.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Ive tried redownloading the files, restarting my computer and changing graphic settings in case that was the cause of the freeze

Whenever I try to log in to the server, my game freezes for 10 to 15 seconds and then says cannot connect to server. Ive only been able to play twice in the last 2 days because of this issue

You just need to be patient and try again for log in

I've tried logging in for the past hour and nothing has changed.

Restarting my router since i just installed this game last 2 nights.

Whenever I try to log in to the server, my game freezes for 10 to 15 seconds and then says cannot connect to server. I can't play when there are only 1700/1900 players online at the moment.

it shows that people are connecting and I still cant connect. this is extremely frustrating
